Looking to apply for Mortgage - CCR issue

Myself and husband looking to apply for a small mortgage, trading up.
My husband has good credit history no problems there.

I have bad credit, two loans outstanding with arrears that I could make settlement offers.
Just wondering how this would show up on the CCR in full and final settlement.
Would it show how much loan was settled for or that the account is closed?

Am aware we could be waiting 2-5 years after closure of accounts before anyone will look at us.

It will show up as a 'settlement'. The amount won't be shown, but it will be clear that you didn't repay the full amount.
