Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend an Architect. We are currently selling our apartment and we have to get a Special registration map drafted. One architect has just quoted me €750 which I don't know if it's good or not. Thanks

That's quite expensive. I would expect to pay 3-400 plus VAT max.

If you Google "land registry compliant maps" you'll see a range of people advertising and you could call them for a quote.

Equally, your estate agent or solicitor will probably have a person that they use and they could put you in touch.

Sounds quite expensive.
I've done a few for friends here in Dublin and with apartments it's slightly different as you have to outline a few maps because of the nature of apartments.

1. Site
2. Building
3. Apartment within building

Some solicitors require more than others also.
