When MBNA increased their interest rates I opted to suspend my credit card and just continue to pay at the same interest rate. I am just wondering if it would be possible to reactivate it even if it is at the higher rate?

Do you mean when mbna got out of ireland and they sold their business to avant? Ive one of those cards, I cant remember seeing an option to suspend the rate other than when mbna got out and offered to turn the existing amount into a term loan for the balance OR switch to avant and keep the visa.

Mbna did not offer term loan unfortunately. Just to suspend at old interest rate. Have not contacted them yet.
