I did mine a few years ago.It made some difference but not as much as replacing the windows did. Attic insulation is also very important.
Make sure you look in to the grants for insulation. There is now 900 grant for drylining a mid terrace house, but you have to use an approved supplier.
When I did mine, there was a 2000 grant, so it only cost me a few 100 to do mine.
thanks for all replys i have double glazed windows and 8 ins of insulation in attic bed rooms still cold that why i am thinking of the internal insulation
