I didn't suggest you were, I was just reminding you of the guidelines of this particular forum.

Yes, anything potentially defamatory would. So if you can't recommend a builder, then you are probably best not responding to a request for a recommendation.

If anyone can recommend an architect they have used successfully. We are looking to build a 2 storey extension, kitchen below, bedroom & ensuite above in south Dublin. Building onto the side of the house, taking down the garage.
