MBNA Loan

Just got a letter today to say that MBNA had transferred ownership of my personal loan to Las Rozas Funding Holdings and that it makes no difference. It also says if you are an MBNA credit card holder it does not affect that as it is still owned by MBNA.

Can't understand how everything stays same, contact details etc if it is now a different co that owns it.

Also is there any news on what will happen to the credit cards - was kinda hoping they would change to a personal loan at lower interest.

MBNA are being sold off...

It would seem that Ireland is not a good place to give credit!

Like I said, just pay what you can when you can. And you be fine.

but do that, even if its a small amount.

The T&Cs of your loan aren't going to change because MBNA have sold off their loan book.
