Does the Consumer Proctection code apply soley to an individuals personal banking or can it apply in the case of business banking for a sole trader who's turnover would be c. €200K

P.S (I put this question to the division with the regulators office dealing with the Protection Code and they could not give me an answer)

AFAIK the issue is with the word "Consumer".
Business is not deemed to be a "Consumer"!
