Hiya,
I need your help again.
I tried to find the address for the District Court in Dublin. It's off Parliament Street (I think) but when I tried to search online for specific address, phone number etc. I keep getting the court.ie website which states all other courts too and it's quite confusing to pick the one out that I need.

Does the District Court has their own website? Is it possible to download the forms and bring it directly to the Court to get a date? Anyone any experiences? A relative of mine is going to apply for overnight access with his kids and he wants to go next week.

Thanks a million for quick replies.

Thanks Olympian, the first link is the one I've seen previous to this thread online and it doesn't have an address stated just general info. The 2nd link you posted I am not sure if that is the one required here as the court.ie website clearly differentiate between access, maintenance etc. and every aspect has their own link, most without addresses/ phone numbers.

Have you been to the District Court and can tell me for sure if the 2nd link is the correct address?

Plus does anyone know the opening times? Thanks.

Hi Sunny, it doesn't state "access" under what they deal with:

Business dealt with;
Domestic violence
Guardianship of children
Maintenance of spouses and children
Matters relating to passport applications
Blood tests to determine parentage

The Guardianship is not disputed here, it's the actual access. Do you have experience in terms of would you know if they deal with access regardless of online info?

As far as I know they do but give them a call. I don't know for sure

Hi There,

You need to go to the family court i.e Dolphin House, that is where you apply for access, maintenance etc, its in Essex Street, near Lord Edward St, hope thats a bit helpful
