Best travel insurance for USA

What is the best insurance for my son travelling to USA? He used Ace a number of years ago. He had to stay in hospital overnight due to illness and they were excellent. Now I notice if I'm reading the conditions right that they only allow something like 25 euro a night hospital stay which sounds really low.

Molli, I have used Ace for yrs and think they are excellent too. I wonder if your mixing up medical cover with an add'l benefit of 25 E you refer to, which sounds like sundries cover?
