Why would we need him in goverment; he doesn't offer any soultions does he? (I am sick of this clip; its all over FB too and so obvioulsy a set-up to give this guy 15 mins of dubious fame.)

It would be a bit less obvious if he didn't keep looking down at his notes to check what he was supposed to say next.
 
That's brilliant. Although obviously not what the interviewer was expecting based on the banal last comment he made re Michael Flatley
