Installing Norton on another PC

I currently have Norton 360 Premier Edition with protection for 3 PC's. I only have it on one laptop. The Norton security has expired on my desktop, how do I install the current edition (expiry date is May 2011) to the desktop? I have Product Key no. etc. but cannot find any instructions as to how to install the remaining activations for 2 PC's which I have not used. Any help will be appreciated.

I have installed Norton on more than one PC, and the installation procedure was exactly the same on the 2nd PC as it was for the first PC.

Install the program from the CD. You will be prompted to activate during installation (you need to be connected to the internet to do it). The new package will delete the older Norton Security as it installs.

When you activate it, the expiry date of May 2011 will be the same on both of your machines.

Thanks for that, but I purchased Norton via Internet and it was installed automatically on my laptop so I do not have a CD.

Why not just try installing it on the desktop via the internet (as per the laptop) and use the same product key.

Thank you, but apologies I am out of date a bit with computers etc. On the old desktop I just get a message saying my subscription has expired and no options available other than to subscribe! Any suggestions as this is driving me nuts! Thanks!

When you bought your copy of Norton on the internet, you probably set up an account with Norton - if you log into that, it should allow you to download the software onto the new PC.
