Whats the night life in Virginia, Co. Cavan like these days??

Hi folks,
Me and a few friends are thinking about heading to Virginia for a night out before Xmas, just wondering what the night life is like there these days, I used to visit it quite a lot a few years ago, as I'm only from Monaghan, I was last there about two years ago now! Tell me the jazz!! :)

Cant really say about the nightlife in general but plenty of pubs in town, can highly reccomend the " Park Hotel " as a place to stay. Was down there two weeks ago and the had a special offer of bed breakfast and dinner for E99 per room .Food was really great and dinner alone would cost E35. Now hotel was VERY quiet in evening but luckily we had a few guitar players and singers in group so crack was good.
Just my tuppence worth so enjoy if you go.
