The Apprentice (ireland). If the photo of a 16yo was illegal why did tv3 show it?

Didnt they mention that the 16 year old was a trainee solicitor and this is how he likes to enjoy his free time especially after working 13 hour days???

Am I missing something here too?

Maybe the festival he was at had an age requirement of 18?
And when he was asked to do the "shoot", he pretended he was ??

I assume they just made up the story for the pitch.

They used a photo of a minor and only managed to put together an 11 month calender and they still won the task!
Hopefully this does not represent the best and brightest in the country. The losing team failed to put the ford logo or fiesta name on the calender and only managed one photo of the car.
It's a good entertainment show but the standard of contestants is very poor.

I also think the standard of the contestants is very poor this year. Most of the tasks they've been given are not rocket science and yet they make glaring oversights.

My husband and I had this discussion after watching the show last Monday. I mean, there is the whole heap of people on the team, they usually get two days to complete a relatively simple task and they still make pigs ears of it time after time.

I certainly don't think that these people are the top of the crop by any standard, otherwise, we trully are buggered.

I agree to an extent as editing has a lot to answer for, so am giving some of them the benefit of the doubt. I half remember hearing Bill say there was 3000 applicants. In these times I'd thought there would be more but I respect that it's not everyones bag.

Sure I have always told my mother she'd have to go on winning streak for me.:D

The UK one is miles ahead of it this year.
