Problem connecting to 'my Vodafone at home' account

It there anyone having a problem lodging onto the above; have been trying since last night to no avail.

I have had recurring problems since v., took over BT.
I have clear cache disconnect router and then reconnect. Never happend with BT.
 
Just tried it from my work PC - no joy. Page won't refresh once I select the 'At Home' tab - default remains 'Mobile'.

It worked OK last week from same PC.
 
Try unplugging your phone, I had the same problem and that was the solution suggested by Vodafone! It worked, I have since changed to upc.
 
I had a bit of a problem in the past. Disconnecting the power supply and phone cable for a couple of minutes was the only way to fix it. I don't think the routers supplied by Vodafone are very good. There is some discussion on the internet complaining about them.

I changed to a Netgear router, and the channel that the wireless broadcast on (I'd noticed that the signal always seemed to drop when a certain router in the area appeared on the list of available connections), and since then, no problems

I totally agree with you; never had any problems when with BT.. now considering changing when my contract ends with them.

With BT, I never got a letter advising me about a monthly download cap. I now have received 2 from VODAFONE. Not the service I agreed to.

yes I got a letter too... never had this with BT..they said they would charge me €1.00/GB over my 40GB allowance...
