Looking at updating car from petrol ford focus to diesel something!! Want a good, reliable and economical car. Travel to and from work each day is just over two hours a day! Any thoughts on any of the above!
Tanx!

I'd opt for the Skoda Yeti 2 litre diesel. Lovely motor, good reviews. I own an octavia and it's a very reliable fuel efficient car.

the 7 year warranty is very tempting on the hyundai

But the interiors tend to be shocking plasticy

My father got the new octavia 1.6 tdi elegance recently nice quality feeling about it.

I think I would defo aim skoda.

Although I would aim more towards a nice estate than the yeti.

Idel would be a 2.0 tdi 170 bhp Superb.

I like it actually, but no 4WD version is available in Ireland apparently !!
Ridiculous.

are there any dealers out there with a demo 1.6 yeti to test drive?have been to annsley on airport rd,but yeti demo gone to lunch for 2 hours.

Just bought a vrs today. What a looker, not me the car;) race blue

Look at top gear for the Yeti review, Skoda are selling loads of cars at the moment.

yeah ,i saw the top gear review, but have any dublin dealers got them to test drive.i,ve had a look at the sportage kia and will look at the xi35 hyundai.the kia boot is quite small.
