Forward or Reverse? I'm in osmotic shock - how did you know my forename? Not wanting to indulge in semantics, I would say that both osmosis and symbiosis could be a common factor here. But surely symbiosis would be more apt. Both sides are benefitting - the bank account for obvious reasons and the punter (for less obvious but well documented by psychoanalysm), ie. mental massaging.
