I see a report (copy below) that we will shortly have all day Dail TV, including coverage of the Dail, Seanad and Oireachtas committees. What do you other AAM'ers think? would you be interested in watching or, in view of the current recession, is this someting we could do without?

I had call in a previous life to have this on all day. Let's just say the sound got turned down very quickly. There are certain politicians whose voices start to grate very quickly.

The Dail can be quite entertaining patricularly at Order of Business where the rowing and argy bargy, while childish, can be entertaining. The rest is as dull as the dullest dishwater...

It’s boring compared the UK Parliament.

I spent many an afternoon skipping college classes and Prime Ministers Question Time was on TV.
Tony Blair and William Hague would be ribbing shreds out of each other.

I can’t think of one Irish politican who has a fraction of their debating skills. In general, the House of Commons is far more lively and entertaining that the Dail (how do you type a fada?)
