Working while on JSB

Apologies if this has been discussed before. I'm on JSB, working 1 day per week with my original employer & receiving benefit for the other days. I have been offered another job, again one day per week, maybe 2 but I have to invoice them for my time. My current employers are ok with this, but my question is - how do I go about invoicing, do I need to set up as self-employed, what affect will this have on my current position as an employee?

I don't want to do anything that would threaten my redundancy if things go that way, but I really want to do as much work as I can and not be on SW. Trying to get a straight answer out of people is nigh on impossible.
