Our company is arranging new contracts for us. I have been working at least 52.5 hours per week for the last 4 years or more (in fact if they took a 4 month average for me over the last few months, it would come out at somewhere between 55 and 60 hours).
Anyways, the woman in charge of HR asked had I ever signed anything to say I agreed to working more than 48 hours per week on a regular basis. She mentioned some form that could be signed, but I didn't catch the name properly. Has anyone any idea what the name of this form may be? Or if something like this even exists!
