Working in Dubai -Pay in BOI account

Hi was recently offered a Job in Dubai, If I give my employer my BOI bank details they will pay into it on a monthly basis, however I wondering will there be any tax implications on this if its going into Irish account, salary is Tax free in Dubai, If it does I should probably open UAE account?
 
You will need to check with the employer first.

I often get people asking can they have their wages lodged into their UK bank account and its not possible.
