Working as a Contractor remotely for a US company - Am I liable for Irish tax?

I am a resident of Ireland, and have lived here most of my life.

I recently started a job working remotely as a contractor for a firm headquartered in the US in February of this year. Since this is foreign income (Dollars), I assume that I am obliged to figure out the taxes with the revenue here in Ireland?

A couple of things which confuse me: I am paid into a foreign bank account not registered in Ireland.. so I'm not paid directly into Bank of Ireland or AIB etc

The company has no presence in Ireland, so specifically I signed a contract that said I wasn't an employee of theirs and was essentially simply agreeing to do work for them in exchange for money on an indefinite basis.

I also have clients that I take on as Freelance alongside this company (but again in the US)

I really have no idea if I am liable for self assessment tax with Revenue, or American tax.

I'm aware there is an October 31st deadline for this self assessment tax too.

If you are resident in Ireland, then you are liable for Irish income tax

Are you domiciled in Ireland as this will having a bearing on the amount of tax due?

Domicile is usually gained at birth and can be difficult to change
