Who is entitled to what? House after death.

Scenario: Man dies, leaves behind 4 kids & wife. 3 kids from previous marriage where spouse is dead and 4th kid from existing marriage.
All kids over 18.
Has house with 2nd wife.

Who gets the house?
What are 3 kids from previous marriage entitled to from house? Anything?

Impossible to say for sure on the limited info furnished. If the house was in his sole name and he left no will then it goes two thirds to wife and one third between all four kids.

house was in both man & 2nd wifes name
 
Then it almost certainly passes by survivorship to the wife - so it is not part of his estate.

It would be possible (but most unlikely) that the house was held as 'tenants in common' in which case his (half) share would form part of his estate - but the chances are virtually nil.
