Sorry about that! I mean is there any insurance company in Ireland which insures title rights over property during and after the purchase process. Usually this is a "belt-and-braces" protection policy since a surveyor and lawyer have usually also been involved in the purchase process.
A title insurance policy, as I understand it, would insure a purchaser against such events as a subsequent boundary dispute or someone popping out of the woodwork at a later date to lay claim against the property.
