Which pension to get ?

Hello,
I am a 34 yr old male with no pension. I am employed in the hospitality area. I would like to set up a pension plan for myself but i have no idea which or who to go for, how they work or how much to put in a month ?
Could someone guide me along the right lines please.

Say if i pay 200 a month into a prsa ( am 34 now) . What happens when i am 65 ? What can i get back. Do i get a lump sum ?
Do i still get a regular pension ?
Sorry , but these are the questions i need answering.
 
You can use the accum fund to buy an annuity (annual income), or else to provide a mixture of a tax-free lump sum and an ARF.
