Where to learn how to dance

Does anyone know where you can learn how to ballroom dance (waltz) in West Cork?

Sick of going to weddings and my other half won't dance when the band are playing because he doesnt know how!!!

Is it because he can't dance or just doesn't want to?

If it's the latter, you're wasting your time. I can dance a bit (enough to be sociable) but I can't say I enjoy it. It may be that your OH would prefer not to .
