Ok - people - since i finish my job next week and i have a couple olf weeks to fill I am seriously thinking of going on a recon mission to warsaw (generally my attitude is to invest in good locations in capitqal cities)
So - looking for advice - things I want to nail down are:
1) Am I buying in a good rentable area
2) Am I paying market value
Does anyone know of any good estate agents that I should visit to gove me a feel for the city?
LIke - who's their Hooke & Mcdonald and the like ?
