Vodafone/eircom shares

Hi guys & gals,

Whats the most cost effective way off getting rid of my Vodafone shares. I invested 1000 in Eircom at the start (why I dont know) and I am now left with the few Voda shares as a result.

In terms of minimising broker fees I presume? Probably by using the Vodafone small shareholder low cost dealing service operated by their registrars Computershare (UK) - although bear in mind that (as far as I recall) it only operates by post and only caters for market (as opposed to limit) orders:

Don't forget to keep tabs on all of the relevant figures so that you know what your CGT liabilities are or what you capital losses are so that you can eventually write them off against any future capital gains that you may make.
