VAT and U.tv broadband

I've recently started working as an IT Contractor and most of the time I work from home. I believe I can claim back some of the VAT for my telephone and broadband with u.tv. The VAT number on all the statements from U.tv is a northern VAT number and they don't display the amount of VAT but they told me the VAT rate is 17.5%. what do I need to do to claim this back?
