Can someone explain the price difference between buying above shares, here or in US;
€15 here or US$45 (both ORD SH)

The shares from the US are American Depository Shares (ADSs), equivalent to 2 ordinary shares.

ADRs are the bundle of shares that can be 1 or more.
(AIB's quoted on the NYSE are ADRs.)
ADSs are equivalent to individual shares

Yeah, I saw the link alright. Thought it was a typo.
Didn't think you could get more than 1 company share into an ADS??

I thought that both ADRs and ADSs could be any multiple or even fraction of an underlying share?
