We've just been offered a mortgage with UB. I was just wondering has anyone else gone with them, and if so, how long after drawdown did they receive the €1500 towards legal fees?
A friend of mine got the €1500 as well. The rates aren't too bad either. I think it's repayable if you move mortgages within 3 years or something? In today's world who can move mortgages in that timeframe anyway?
