I'm with Permanent TSB. My mortgage is €865 (give or take) a month with €100 TRS. I have it fixed for one year. I have just checked my account as mortgage is due next week and the TRS has been reduced to €63.63 and now the mortgage amount is €864.15.
I've tried ringing Permanent TSB and their offices are now closed? Can anyone enlighted me as to why this is?
