my mortage hasnt come out of my account for the last 3 months, i have to pay it over the phone with my debit card, they say this is caused by sepa problems? my bank account and mortage are with the same bank. its annoying getting phone calls every month and not knowing were im up to. has any oneelse had these problems ?thanks
