Transfer Personal Property to SSAP

You can't do it, as this breaks one of the rules of SSAPs - that your SSAP can't buy from, sell to or rent to you, your business or anyone connected with you. Any property owned by an SSAP must be kept at arm's length from you at all times.

All you can do is to sell the property you own personally, reinvest the sale proceeds into your SSAP (if you have scope keeping within pension contribution limits) and instruct your SSAP to buy a similar property.

You'll also need to talk with your SSAP advisor about new regulations limiting how much of your SSAP can be invested in property.
