Tile dilemma

We are currently doing up a new house and I ordered some tiles for a kitchen/ diner.

I paid fully for them at the time.they had to be ordered.

Today I found that they quoted me the wrong price and have had the money for two weeks. I’m fairly certain they haven’t ordered them and I have a tiler coming soon.

Just wondering if I can make them honour it. He was pretty much saying they’ll lose money if they do it but that’s not my problem!?

If you try to force them to give it to you they will just say unfortunately suppler is out of stock, and you will have to pick an other tile or get your money back. Try and see if they will honour it but my guess is no!
