Hello all,
I have about €500 saved and intend to save about €30-€50 per month for the foreseeable future. Should I consider buying shares? I presume I can tap into some sort of fund, rather than have to choose the shares myself?

Is there anywhere that I can find more information?
Thanks

Hard to buy shares in cost effective manner with that amount. Fees and charges will eat up any profit. Have you an emergency fund in place, about three months wages? If you don't, I'd suggest you keep saving per month until you do.
Have you a mortgage? Investing is only one part of overall financial check up....

Starting off with such a small amount of money, it would make sense for you to buy an index fund rather than individual shares. If you're investing small amounts often, then Degiro might be a good option for you as you can invest in some ETF's without a charge.
