Just wondering if any of you had any initial teething problems when you moved into your AH property and if DCC were of any help?
I moved in at the weekend and have noticed a couple of things; low water pressure (mentioned in Snag and supposedly rectified!!), door of integrated dshwasher not sealing closed properly on one side so steam/water leaking out, mould on wall of storage room...adjoing wall to hot-press.
I've spoken to the managing agent and they said they can't really do anything and I should go back to DCC. Was speaking to DCC yesterday and was told they'd be back to me.
I was just wondering if anyone else had similar issues etc....Im the last AH person to move into the development and as far as I know there are only 4 AH units in the development which is built about 2 years.
Any advice much appreciated.
