Tax refund due to DSFA pension

I've just received tax back from 2004 due to the tax office mistakenly thinking I was in receipt of a DSFA pension, I have never been out of work for even a day in 15 years since I start working, I've never received any sort of benefit,

I was told that it was probably on their records that I was in receipt of a dsfa pension since I started working 1t years ago but they can't refund my lost credits any further back than 2004. Is there anything I can do here?

I'm at a loss to why they had me down as being in receipt of a DSFA pension.

Contact Revenue to find out why social welfare was coded in the first place they should have some record. If it was a genuine error on their part appeal in writing to your local inspector of taxes.
