For some reason some sub-forums have some features (like attaching local documents and images) enabled but others don't. And it may also differ on mobile versus desktop. E.g. I have no attach local document/image here. You could use something like ImgBB to upload the image and then link to it.Tried that day one but there's no button for the message to access phone gallery.
