hello all
i am currently looking to take out a mortgage. due to some credit issues in past pepper
seem to be the only bank willing to do it. with a 5% rate i am reluctant to this long term.
i will be clean as a whistle in 2 years. if i take the mortgage will the fact that its with pepper
hinder my chances of switching to another bank? will they question why i was them in the first place? or as long as there is enough equity in property and payment capacity is ok does it matter which bank you are with.
