Has anyone else had this?
We have a regular account - set up in September - normally put 1-2k at the end of each month into it.
Did not make any lodgement at end of November - but got a confirmation email from them saying €1k had been deposited on 3 Dec.
Just left it as thought it would be picked up later. Made a deposit of €1k at end of Dec - and now have confirmation that 2 deposits of €1k were made on 5 Jan.
It shows our balance is 2k more than I think it should be.
I have tried to trace my accounts in case I had set up a standing order for 1k a month, I had but cancelled it as thought there may be some months that we could afford the saving. So def cannot see these two payments leaving any of our accounts.
Anyone else had this - before I call them on it. WIsh I didn;t have to of course,but catholic guilt is a terrible thing
