I have an investment property in North County Dublin, it has been vacant since Christmas. I have just secured (through an agant) a new tenant. I am happy with the proposed tenant except they have some of their own furniture (couch, kitchen table & chairs) that they want to bring to the house. They have signed a lease for a year and want to move in asap.
I don't want to just get rid of my furniture as its good quality and adds to the appeal of the house and I'm sure I'll end up having to replace it next year. Does anyone know of such storage facilities? Preferably around North Dublin,
