A friend has been left a property by a deceased relative.
The will was read 2 years ago.
The deceased's estranged wife and son recieved and accepted a cash amount in the will.
Nothing has been heard of them since, and now my friend who was left the property, wishes to sell it and split the proceeds among himself and his siblings only.
Natural anxiety is that estranged wife and son may make a claim. Is there any statute of limitations on them appealing the will?
