state pension & farm retirement pension
my neighbour has received both these pensions for the last 5 yrs
he just received a letter from some government department, to inform them whether or not he was availing of the state contributory pension, as one is seemingly not entitled to both state and early farm retirement pension --- this is the first letter he received asking this question he is now almost 70 !
is it possible that the state will ask for the state contributory pension back, if so this could amount to 5x8thousand ?
