Somebody to assess existing underfloor heating in a property that I want to purchase?

Can anybody recommend a heating contractor to assess an underfloor heating system in a house that I want to purchase? The house is in Dublin 6, and the underfloor heating system is a Wirsbo system (now Uponor) and was installed around 1995. Thanks.
