Hi there,could anyone advise me as to what licences or regulations I need,or to meet,to sell food,fastfood,hot and cold,in a seating area of around 20sq/m.
Any advice greatly appreciated.....new to the game just testing the waters...

You mean those specifically relevant to the fact that food will be served as opposed to general planning/business etc. issues? Perhaps the FSAI might be able to help?
Also contact the Environmental Health Section of the Health Service Executive for your area. They will send you a twenty point list of Guidelines for Commercial Kitchens.
