Should i switch my mortgage

I don't think that any bank will give you a mortgage of €140k so that you can pay off your other loans.

If your mortgage is with the credit union, would they extra to redeem the very expensive credit union loans?

What age are you?

Why have you such large credit union loans?

Do you need to look at your general expenditure rather than looking for financial engineering to solve you financial problem?

If your income is still 85k the current borrowing should not be an issue unless you have dependents. You could also review your monthly expenses (everything from phones to insurance and discretionary spending) If you have any saving, I would consider paying some of the loans early.
