Shareholders Agreement -Best person for advice?

I have an existing shareholders agreement that is being amended to facilitate the entry of a new director. Like myself they will be a minority shareholder, but my current % will reduce to facilitate their entry. There are additional changes discussing how shares can be sold, pricing etc. all of which impact my position further.

I would like to get someone to review the new agreement for me so that I am better informed on the impact to my current position.

Where do I go for this advice? Excuse my ignorance here but I'm not sure if its an accountant, solicitor or some other expert that I should be looking for. I just want to get someone good that will explain the pros and cons of this to me and advise if I need to look for changes to the document before signing.

Appreciate any advice or recommendations (if allowed)

A solicitor with experience in company law is your adviser. A good business law firm should be good. While an accountant may be able to advise on the overall structure it is a legal document so a legal expert is your port of call.
