Unfortunately i will soon have to give up my tracker mortgage as i am selling my house and buying another. I called my bank (AIB) to see if they are offering any money to move from tracker (didn't tell them i was moving) but they said they are not offering anything and have no plans to.
Just wondering if anyone else was in the same boat and if the've had any luck. How much to you reckon i'll lose. I owe 140k over 15 years. Plan on borrowing about 190k.
