Selling goods to club members

Hi,
I'm looking at selling some goods (Not food or drink) at various sites through out the country. I'm told if my customers are a member of a club I can sell them goods without having a casual trading license for each county in the country.

Does anyone know if this true or know where I could find more info on this ?
