Self Admin Pension Schemes

Can anyone tell me how to set up a self admin pension scheme? I have a pension with New Ireland but I would rather administer it myself.

I understand that a SSAP must make an annual Tax Return to the Revenue.

Is this reported to revenue on the Form 11, the same as an individual tax return.

Does anyone have an example of accounts that must accompany this return.

Does anyone know how Pension Gains/Losses are accounted for on this return.

Any advice welcome.
